1. Overview
CaIoT uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Platform, accounts, devices, and data. This Security Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
2. Security Measures
Measures may include authentication, role-based access, encryption where appropriate, network controls, logging, monitoring, abuse detection, backups, vulnerability management, and limited access to production systems.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must protect credentials, use strong passwords, restrict account access, secure devices, avoid sharing API keys, and promptly report suspected compromise.
4. No Absolute Security
No system is completely secure. CaIoT does not guarantee that unauthorized access, incidents, outages, or data loss will never occur.
