CaIoT Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe, lawful, and responsible use of CaIoT.

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects CaIoT, users, contributors, devices, third parties, and the integrity of the Platform. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Uses
Permitted uses may include lawful app testing, QA, debugging, demos, accessibility checks, localization validation, device compatibility testing, performance validation, training, customer support, and other legitimate business or development workflows.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activities, including malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, spam, botnets, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized network scanning, unlawful scraping, account farming, fake engagement, fraud, impersonation, payment abuse, intellectual property infringement, illegal surveillance, harassment, exploitation of minors, sanctions violations, unlawful gambling, SIM abuse, SMS abuse, crypto abuse, or activities that violate third-party terms or applicable law.
4. Security Rules
You may not bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, damage devices, overload infrastructure, evade billing, hide abusive traffic, or attempt unauthorized access to CaIoT systems, devices, accounts, APIs, or data.
5. Apps, Scripts, and Data
You are responsible for apps, scripts, files, data, credentials, commands, tests, and automation you use through the Platform. You must have all required rights and permissions.
6. Enforcement
CaIoT may suspend, terminate, throttle, quarantine, disconnect, preserve evidence, remove content, withhold payouts, cancel credits, or report activity to appropriate authorities where it believes this Policy has been violated or there is risk to the Platform or others.
