1. Scope
These Enterprise Terms apply to business, organization, procurement, pilot, partner, institutional, or enterprise use of the CaIoT Platform, unless superseded by a signed written agreement.
2. Organization Administration
Enterprise administrators may manage users, billing, roles, audit records, access controls, and usage associated with the organization. The organization is responsible for users it authorizes.
3. Enterprise Data and Compliance
Customers are responsible for determining whether the Platform is appropriate for regulated data, confidential data, production credentials, or sensitive workflows. Additional written agreements may be required for specialized compliance obligations.
4. Service Levels
Unless expressly agreed in a signed order or service-level agreement, CaIoT does not provide guaranteed uptime, response times, device availability, or service credits.
5. Procurement Conflicts
Purchase orders, vendor portals, or procurement documents do not modify the Terms unless expressly signed by CaIoT.
