Last Updated: July 6, 2026
Version: 2.0
1. Scope
This Customer Agreement applies when you access, reserve, test on, control, stream, automate, or otherwise use any device through the CaIoT Platform. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
2. Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity performed through your account or sessions, including apps installed, credentials entered, commands executed, settings changed, data uploaded, scripts run, tests performed, and third-party services accessed.
3. Lawful Use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable laws, third-party terms, and all relevant permissions. You may not use devices for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.
4. Device Variability
Devices may vary by model, operating system, condition, network, location, sensor behaviour, availability, carrier support, and performance. CaIoT does not guarantee successful test results, uninterrupted sessions, specific device availability, or compatibility with your apps or workflows.
5. Data and Credentials
You should not enter sensitive credentials, regulated data, confidential information, or personal data unless you have authority and have assessed the risks. You are responsible for removing your apps, accounts, and data at the end of a session where the Platform provides such functionality.
6. Damage and Misuse
You must not intentionally damage devices, bypass restrictions, change security settings, lock devices, install malicious software, attempt root or unauthorized access, or interfere with device availability. CaIoT may charge, suspend, or terminate accounts for misuse.
