1. Overview

This Copyright & IP Policy explains how CaIoT handles intellectual property concerns. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that apps, scripts, content, data, trademarks, copyrighted materials, and other materials used through the Platform do not violate third-party rights.

3. Takedown Requests

Rights holders may send notices to [email protected] with identification of the protected work, the alleged infringement, contact information, a good-faith statement, and authority to act.

4. Enforcement

CaIoT may remove content, suspend access, terminate repeat infringers, preserve evidence, or take other appropriate action.
