CaIoT Refund Policy

Please review this policy before purchasing digital products or services.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases of WebExpress templates are final and non-refundable. Once a template has been purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.

2. Reasons for Non-Refundable Purchases

  • Digital Product Nature: Our templates are digital downloads, and once accessed, they cannot be "returned."
  • Immediate Availability: Templates are available for instant download after purchase.
  • Preview Before Purchase: Customers can review template demos and features before buying.

3. Exceptions (Where Refunds May Apply)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same template twice.
  • Technical Failure: If the template files are corrupted or unusable due to a server error on our side (we will first attempt to resolve the issue).

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof.

4. No Refunds For

  • Change of Mind: If you no longer need the template or found a better alternative.
  • Customization Issues: If you lack technical skills to modify the template.
  • Hosting/Domain Issues: Since templates require third-party hosting, we cannot refund issues arising from external providers.
  • AI Module Not Yet Released: The current static templates are sold as-is; future AI features will be a separate offering.

5. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, template name, and reason for request.
  2. We will respond within 3 business days.

6. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of your account, revocation of all downloaded templates, and blacklisting from future purchases.

7. Policy Updates

CaIoT reserves the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.

We offer developer assistance to help with modifications.
